    Responsibilities: 1.ImplementationoftheCompanysHealth,SafetyandEnvironmentpolicywithinalltechnicalactivities 2.Maintainafullsetofmanufacturingprocesses,workcardsandworkinginstructionswhichfullymeetthecustomerrequirements, 3.Ensurethatprocesscontrolsareimplementedrigorouslythroughoutallmanufacturingandtechnicalactivities 4.ManageERPdata(BOM,ManufacturingLeadtime,minimumstock,etc)accuracy/Engineeringchangesprocess 5.Managingallnewprocess/productsin-loadprogram 6.Providearesponsive,timelyandeffectiveservicetosolveshopfloormanufacturingproblemstoenabletheProductionManagertoachievethecommitteddelivery 7.Defineprocessequipmentsandprojectmanagetheacquisitionofnewplants,equipmentandtoolingtoenablecosteffectiveimprovementsinthemanufactureofthecompanysproductsandtocustomersSpec.,.Beresponsiblefortheprocessequipmentannualcapability/statuscheckinAeroPlant. 11.Takeanactiveandsystematicroleinreducingproductioncostsforallcomponentswhilecomplyingwithproceduresandachievingproductioncommitmentsandsalestargets 12.Achieveaneffectiveandefficientinterfacewithotherco-workers,peermanagers.  Qualifications 1.Bachelorsdegreeinmechanicalengineering-relatedfieldofstudy,Substantialexperienceandknowledgeofengineeringproductionmethodsisessential. 2.Atleast6yearsofengineeringrelatedexperienceinmachining,assembly,metaltreatments. 3.MinimumthreeyearsexperienceasEngineeringleader 4.Leadershipandteambuildingskills,abletodirectandmotivateothersinadiversifiedorganizationtoaccomplishcompanyobjectives 5.Problemsolvingandreasoningabilitywithcomplexissuesinvolvingmultivariables. 6.Excellentoralandwrittencommunicationskills. 7.Determinationandassertivenesstoaccomplishgoalsandobjectives
